Nina Berenato Jewelry - See No Evil Necklace
This necklace was designed as a modern good luck charm. The Roman image of Fortuna (the Roman goddess of Luck) shows her with the wheel in hand, her head blindly turned, diverting her eyes from controlling fate. It is from this portrayal that the term "blind luck" arose. Other cultures associated the eye with fate as well. In Greek mythology, the Graea were three sisters of fate who shared one eye and one tooth. They were born as old women and their names were Deino (dread), Enyo (horror) and Pemphredo (alarm). This necklace comes on an 18-inch chain, however, we can make a different chain length for you at no additional charge if you'd prefer that. Just put your length request in the "Notes" section of your order. All bodies are good bodies and we want our necklaces to fall perfectly on YOU.
